This set of 12 unique cards measures 6.5” x 6.5” and is made of durable and wipeable 1mm thick plastic. They are great to use for calming, reflecting, breathing, and more. There are 12 different topics included a few of which are perseverance, peer pressure, relationship skills and positive self-talk. They are great for use by children, teens, and adults. They are a handy tool for anyone who needs to calm themselves and focus on their mental well-being and health.
- WHAT YOU GET: This set comes with 12 unique 1mm thick plastic cards that are durable and wipeable. Their overall size is 6.5” x 6.5”.
- USE FOR CALMING: Each card in this set is double-sided and includes information about a topic to read about, reflect on, and think about. The opposite side has a labyrinth or maze that can be traced with a fingertip, pencil eraser, or even the eyes. As the user travels through the maze, it gives them a chance to clear their mind and take some calming breaths.
- VARIOUS TOPICS: This set includes topics for peer pressure, relationship skills, perseverance, positive self-talk, self-care, conflict resolution, setting goals, responsibility, life lessons, anxiety and stress, gratitude, and expressing yourself. Information on the topic is featured on one side of the card, with a maze or labyrinth on the opposite side.
