OFFICIAL RULES
Really Good Stuff Colorations® Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant acknowledges having read and agreed to these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon satisfying all requirements set forth herein.
1. Sponsor
The Really Good Stuff Colorations® Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Really Good Stuff, LLC, 100 Beard Sawmill Road, Suite 400, Shelton, CT 06484 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old, have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, and are legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida.
Entrants may nominate a public or private school serving any grades from Pre-K through eighth grade located in an eligible U.S. jurisdiction ("Eligible School"). Entrants need not be employed by or otherwise affiliated with the nominated school.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family and household members are ineligible.
Prizes will be awarded directly to Eligible Schools, not individual entrants. Each nominated school must satisfy Sponsor's eligibility requirements and be authorized to accept the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant or nominated school that fails to meet these requirements.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins November 2, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are ineligible. Sponsor's computer shall serve as the official clock.
4. How to Enter
Online Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, complete and submit the official entry form through a Sweepstakes link provided in Sponsor's promotional materials. Entrants must provide the requested contact information and identify the Eligible School they wish to nominate. The online entry process includes enrollment in Sponsor's marketing email program, subject to applicable law and unsubscribe rights.
Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase or Marketing Enrollment Required): To enter without completing the online form or enrolling in marketing communications, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and the name and address of the Eligible School you nominate on a piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to:
Really Good Stuff Colorations Giveaway
Attn: Sweepstakes Administrator
100 Beard Sawmill Road, Suite 400
Shelton, CT 06484
Mail-in entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one entry per envelope.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method or promotional link. Multiple individuals may nominate the same Eligible School. All entries submitted through the various promotional links and the alternate method of entry will be combined into one drawing.
Entries submitted through multiple identities, email addresses, or other means in excess of the entry limit may result in disqualification of all entries submitted by that entrant, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. Sponsor may require proof of account ownership.
All eligible entries, including mail-in entries, receive equal treatment and odds of winning. No purchase, payment, or marketing enrollment is necessary to enter or win.
Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. Prizes
Three (3) winning Eligible Schools will each receive:
- 2,000 packs of Colorations® crayons (24-count)
- 2,000 sets of Colorations® washable markers (8-count)
- 2,000 sets of No. 2 wood pencils (12-count)
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") per prize: $15,140.
Total ARV of all prizes: $45,420.
Limit one (1) prize per individual entrant and one (1) prize per Eligible School during the Sweepstakes.
Prizes are nontransferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute products of equal or greater retail value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Prizes will be shipped directly to the winning Eligible Schools at Sponsor's expense. Allow approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks following completion of winner verification for delivery, subject to product availability and shipping conditions.
Sponsor is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from inaccurate information, refusal of delivery, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If a prize cannot be delivered despite reasonable efforts, Sponsor may deem it forfeited and select an alternate winner.
All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the applicable prize recipient. As a condition of receiving a prize, Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9, applicable tax-exemption documentation, or other information reasonably necessary to verify the recipient's tax status and satisfy applicable tax reporting obligations. Sponsor will issue any required tax forms in accordance with applicable law.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Within seven (7) calendar days after the Sweepstakes Period ends, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries received.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified by email. Each potential winner must respond and provide written verification of eligibility and acceptance of the prize from an authorized representative of the nominated Eligible School within seven (7) calendar days after notification is sent.
Sponsor may require a signed affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability or publicity release, tax documentation, and other reasonable verification documents as a condition of awarding a prize.
If a potential winner fails to respond, does not provide required documentation within the specified period, is ineligible, or the nominated school declines or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may deem the prize forfeited and select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, winner verification, prize awards, and administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
7. General Conditions
By entering, each participant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and accept Sponsor's decisions regarding the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant or entry that violates these Official Rules, contains false or misleading information, uses fraudulent or automated entry methods, or interferes with the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; printing or typographical errors; technical or network failures; unauthorized intervention; delayed or blocked communications; or human or administrative errors affecting the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair its integrity or proper administration. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the interruption, where fair and practicable.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and consistent with applicable law, to interpret these Official Rules and resolve any questions or disputes regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes.
Any attempt to deliberately damage a website, manipulate entries, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal or civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Release, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability
By participating, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from claims, damages, losses, injuries, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, delivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Prizes are provided "AS IS," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
The Released Parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or attorneys' fees, arising from the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law. Any permitted recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses, and entrants waive any right to have damages multiplied or increased, to the extent permitted by law.
California Civil Code § 1542 Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, each California entrant expressly waives the protections of California Civil Code § 1542, which provides:
"A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."
Entrants residing in other states likewise waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any comparable statutory or common-law protections applicable to unknown claims.
9. Publicity and Privacy
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winning Eligible School grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use the school's name, location, photographs, statements, and other prize-related publicity materials for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, subject to required institutional approvals and any separate releases reasonably requested by Sponsor.
Entrants consent to being contacted by Sponsor regarding administration of the Sweepstakes and winner verification. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at www.reallygoodstuff.com.
Online entry includes enrollment in Sponsor's marketing email program. Entrants may unsubscribe in accordance with applicable law. Mail-in entry does not require marketing enrollment.
10. Social Media and Influencers
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, or Pinterest.
Participants provide information to Sponsor, not to these platforms, and release the platforms from claims arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.
11. Disputes; Arbitration; Class Action and Jury Trial Waivers
These Official Rules and all matters arising from the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or any prize shall be resolved individually through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted remotely or at a location reasonably convenient to the entrant, as permitted by the applicable rules. The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH ENTRANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, EACH ENTRANT AND SPONSOR WAIVES THE RIGHT TO HAVE DISPUTES RESOLVED BY A JUDGE OR JURY IN COURT, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
If any provision of this Section is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
