Please send your purchase order with an authorized signature and title. If your school does not issue purchase orders, you must submit your order on school letterhead with a PO number and signed by the person with purchasing authority.

We accept Purchase Orders by fax, mail, email and on our website. Please do not send us the original if you fax, email or place your order on the web, this may result in a duplicate order.. We do not accept purchase orders over the telephone. Place your Purchase Order on line it’s quick and easy 24 hours a day. After selecting the items you would like to order, select the Purchase Order pay method and set up an account. Please include your School name and address for shipping. For invoicing, please supply the District or proper name and address for Accounts Payable.

In the unlikely event that one or more of your items is back-ordered, the bulk of your order will ship. The items that are temporarily out of stock will go out to you as soon as they are received and ship via Ground delivery or United States Postal Service. Your credit card will only be charged for the amount of the item(s) that ship, the shipping and processing is charged on the original shipment.

An e-mail address and/or telephone number is extremely important so we can contact you quickly if there are any questions. Whenever possible, please supply your School name and address for shipping and don’t forget to tell us if your school is closed for holidays and vacations!

You can place your order Online, Phone, Fax or Mail. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, and Discover. If your order includes both in-stock and out of stock items, you will initially be charged only for the in-stock portion of your order plus shipping and processing fees. Your order will not incur additional shipping charges for any back ordered items.

Phone Orders: The toll-free number is 1-800-366-1920. Our helpful representatives are available to take your order Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (EST). We do not accept Purchase Orders or check payments by phone.

Fax Orders: 24 hours a day at 203-268-1796.

Purchase Orders: Please send your purchase order with an authorized signature and title. Check that your billing and shipping information is correct. If your school does not issue purchase orders, you must submit your order on school letterhead signed by the individual with purchasing authority. We do not accept purchase orders over the telephone. Please mail, fax or place your Purchase Order online. If you fax your Purchase Order, please do not send us the original.

If you place your Purchase Orders online you will need to create an account at the time of checkout.

School Breaks and Summer Shipments if your school, Central Receiving Department, or residence will not be available to accept shipments during the summer months or during extended vacations, please note those dates on your order so that we may ship your order during a time when it can be received.

We do offer tracking for all orders on our web site. All customers who have placed their orders online will be issued tracking numbers via e-mail to check the status of their orders, don’t forget to supply your e-mail address when you are ordering so we can supply the tracking information. If you have placed your order over the phone, you may track your order on our website by using the order number that was supplied to you by one of our representatives at the end of your order.

Super Priority Express: Guaranteed delivery of in-stock items in 3 business days for orders placed by 12 noon (EST). Please add $15.00 to standard shipping and include your street address. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Express delivery is not available for U.S. orders shipping outside the continental U.S., or for items that require additional shipping time and/or charges. Please refer to item descriptions for details. For orders over $150, add an additional 10% to the order total, including the standard shipping charge.

Please add an additional 20% of your product subtotal to your order which covers all duties, taxes and additional International charges. Payment made by credit card will be billed in US dollars. Check payments must be is US funds payable by a US bank.

Items that require additional shipping time and/or charges are not eligible for shipping outside the 48 contiguous US states.

To apply your Tax Exempt number on a web order you must be shipping to your school or business. When you select the button to ship to your School, Childcare Center or Business at checkout a link will be under your order total asking if you “Are Tax Exempt”. Click on the link and put in your number. If you are ordering by phone, fax or mail please include your Tax Exempt number.

Limited Lifetime Warranty for Furniture Products
Really Good Stuff® sells high-quality furniture products created for the best brands in early childhood classrooms, and we back these products up. As outlined in more detail in our furniture warranty guideline, if certain furniture products become defective within the warranty period, we will replace the item at no additional charge. Furniture in the following product lines are covered by our non-transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty: Environments®, MyPerfectClassroom®, VersaSpace™, Value Line™ Birch, and Value Line™. Additional manufacture warranties may apply to individual brands of furniture. Furniture products eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty are covered for the reasonable life of the product used in a normal classroom environment.
