This standards-aligned center, designed by teachers, promotes deep mathematical thinking and concept modeling through group engagement. With enough materials for up to six students, it supports Cognitively Guided Instruction, encouraging students to choose problem-solving strategies that make sense to them while engaging in hands-on activities and gamified learning. In pairs, students take turns giving hints and guessing geometry vocabulary and concepts, fostering collaborative learning and deepening understanding of key terms. Skill differentiation is built-in, offering two levels of play with simple, shared instructions. The center is inclusive, accommodating various learning styles, and features downloadable Spanish instructions and dual-language activity mats to support language learners. Its reusable, durable format ensures year-round use, while downloadable assessments help track individual and class progress. This engaging, hands-on center makes skill-building fun as students think, model, and learn!
