These chips are a great way to encourage relaxing or resetting by offering multiple strategies to chill! Each message is meant to provide a quick break for calming and being present. These 2.25” round chips have 40 different, kid-friendly strategies for calming and self-regulation, an important part of social-emotional learning. Kids can do the activities on their own or together in groups or with families to encourage extra connection! To take it further, have children make up their own additional strategies that work for chilling out when they need a break!
