How to Create:
1.) Create a penguin or other winter-inspired picture sized to fit the snow globe insert using turquoise tempera paint and permanent markers (paper required, sold separately).
2.) Add blue glitter to the artwork for a sparkling snowy background or other shimmering details (glue required, sold separately).
3.) Allow the artwork to dry completely, then detach the globe from the base and slide the finished design into the designated slot.
4.) Remove the plug, carefully fill the globe with water, replace the plug securely, and reattach the globe to the base.
5.) Gently shake your finished snow globe and watch the glitter swirl around your personalized winter artwork.
