How to Create:
1.) Wrap the craft roll with colored paper to create your rocket base.
2.) Cut and attach paper shapes for the top and decorative elements. (Glue and scissors not included.)
3.) Add pipe cleaners to create streamers or “firework” effects.
4.) Apply glitter to enhance your patriotic design. (Glue not included.)
5.) Allow all materials to dry and display your festive rocket creations.
