Returns & Exchanges - Wishing Well™
Please check all packaging and products as soon as they arrive. Items received through Wishing Well™ are not eligible for return or refund. Really Good Stuff can only exchange and replace your Wishing Well™ item with the same product (or similar as deemed by Really Good Stuff if the original item is now out of stock) if it meets the following criteria, below. This policy protects the integrity of the Wishing Well™ program and ensures that Wishing Well™ items are used as intended.
If Your Order Is Damaged
Before signing for delivery, inspect your packages for damage. Be sure to note any damage and the number of packages received, and have the driver sign, too. Please contact our Customer Support Team within 10 days to report receipt of any damaged products.
If Your Product Is Defective
If a product proves to be defective within one year of purchase, after normal use, we will repair or replace the item. Some products may be covered by manufacturers' warranties that extend beyond a year. Please contact our Customer Support Team for additional information and assistance.
