Barely lasted a year

We bought these boards to replace our old set. I was excited because we use them nearly every day. Unfortunately, the majority of my boards (~75%) look terrible after one school year. They look worse than the boards I used for 6-8 years! The plastic coating peels off making them impossible to use. Some had the entire sheet of plastic peel off, others had just small areas peel.

Place Value white boards

Excellent for working with struggling students. The only problem I have had is that on 2 of the boards, the covering was defective making the boards impossible to use on the side with the place values indicated. The great news is that Really Good Stuff sent me replacements for the defective ones. I will continue to shop with them because of this.

Love / Hate

I teach students with mild to moderate retardation and / or specific learning disabilities in grades K-3 and have learned that many learn better with pictures and other types of "help". These Place Value Dry Erase Boards, as well as those which allow the students to write their number sentences in the place value columns are great! What I do not like about them is that the overlay has come off which makes it impossible to clean them adequately. The plastic lining has lifted from almost all of them yet I can't afford to replace the boards. I love them but they do not last long enough to justify the cost.
