These write-on/wipe-off magnetic strips support small-group sentence-building and writing activities when you hand the strips out separately then bring students and strips together for whole class work. They reposition easily and are great for demonstrating sequencing options or recapping order of events. The traditional ruled lines reinforce handwriting skills.

I love / don't love these magnetic sentence strips

I use them as a word wall in a middle school science class and they have been FANTASTIC! But....trying to clean the dry erase marker after a month on the strips is next to impossible. I have used board cleaner, alcohol, water, cleaner, Goo Gone, etc. All used separately and none of them worked. I have now scrubbed enough to take off the shine and lines of the strips.

Marker disappears

I am not happy with these at all. When I write on them with dry erase marker, the ink disappears instantly. I've tried cleaning the strips but still happening.

Horrible! Will not erase!

I bought these sentence strips for a twitter wall in my room. They will not erase and I have to use fluids in order to erase them. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Very Helpful

I use this for sentence work in large group and for practicing letter formation with my kinders, they use their small lined whiteboards while I use these large ones at the large whiteboard.
