Great tool

I have only used this product for 19 days so far and that's why I only gave 4 stars. My children love counting the days. This chart is so much better than my old chart. I used to have a yellow one with straws and everything just blended together. This one is colorful and the children can easily distinguish how many we have in each section. The only "complaint" I have is that the numbers seem to big and cover the words on the chart. However, this is easily fixed by just trimming them a little bit.

Perfect Sized Chart but Sticks Don't Fit.

This is the perfect size for something so all-inclusiive. You have numbers, counting objects, pockets to hold the numbers and counting objects, and the columns are already labeled. An easily solved drawback - The bundled sticks do not fit in the plastic pocket well, once you get beyond the 40th day of school. I used Place Value blocks to mark the days instead. Every time we'd have 10 little blocks in the "ones" column, we'd shout, "exchange!" and take them out and put a "tens stick" in the tens column. (The sticks make good mask holders and bookmarks.)

A great upgrade from my old chart

I use the product with my K's. The stick pockets are a nice size and the colors are great as a visual reminder of place value. We have a challenging schedule so I do not make use of the numbers as I should only because - there are not enough to easily count down and they are small. It takes time to shuffles through and then when it is perfect , I have small people who like to manipulate it after calendar time. My group this year is very kinesthetic and anything at their level gets reshuffled constantly. No job board either for me this year. The storage pocket is great and will make packing up the classroom and finding those numbers next year easy. Love that it works right on my Whiteboard but has grommets, too
