more ready to use charts needed

The activity guide has good ideas but teacher prep is needed to create a graph for group activity. The questions in the sorting and graphing section are not good to use with a whole class because the students need to remain seated and they may not be able to see other's graphs. I need to make a worksheet with the questions so that the students can use the materials to work in small groups or individually.

fun activity!

This was a fun and creative way for the kids to celebrate the 100th day as well as include a math lesson. I would definitely do this activity again. The only thing that was a problem was that my class decided to sort the smarties by color and many of us (yes, teachers included) had some difficulty seeing the differences in colors.

100 days graph

This was a great graphing activitiy! My students loved it! The smarties are great use and don't roll round. I loved being able to write the numbers after each group of 10.
