Inside Sales Manager

Really Good Stuff – Shelton, CT

Really Good Stuff is looking for a high energy, outgoing individual to manage an inside sales team and drive sales of its classroom products to school districts nationwide via outbound telesales.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee an inside sales team and help exceed the monthly and yearly goals through prospecting new districts, growing existing customers, and promoting company initiatives.
  • Drive increased growth of digital and STEM products nationwide
  • Monitor employee productivity through determined best practices and motivate the sales team to reach individual revenue goals
  • Manages employees on a daily basis as well as hires, terminates as necessary, and conducts employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Team with merchandising and marketing organizations to improve penetration of target markets through the testing of marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Oversee the planning of regional and national trade shows on behalf of Really Good Stuff.
  • Help interview, onboard, and train new account managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 3-5 years sales management experience in education markets. Proven experience in driving New Business Development is a must!
  • 1-2 years educational technology experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Web Designer

Really Good Stuff – Shelton, CT

The Web Designer must have a strong understanding of layout, type, and color, and an aptitude for designing in both the digital and print worlds. The main focus of this role is the production of digital collateral, web assets banners, social media content, email communications, animation, and infographics.

Essential functions and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Design and production of digital collateral, web assets banners, social media content, email communications, animation, and infographics.
  • Knowledge of how to adapt design/strategies for all types of interactive technologies and flexible enough to adjust designs based on results.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive design across all channels, especially mobile.
  • Proactive, accountable, multi-tasker with attention to detail for consistently branded content.
  • Passion for staying current with recent trends/advancement in interactive design, motion graphics, and digital marketing.

Digital Marketing Manager

Really Good Stuff – Shelton, CT

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the marketing campaigns for all of the Really Good Stuff digital channels. This person will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic. Collaborates across multiple teams within the organization to ensure that all business objectives are met.

You will manage and execute on a range of marketing initiatives including: trade shows, sales collateral development, case studies, website support, social media activities and lead generation programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works with Digital Channel Managers, Marketing Managers, Category Managers and outside vendors to develop content calendars and marketing strategies across multiple businesses and initiatives for the businesses’ digital marketing efforts including social media, email, and website content strategies to meet lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Develops marketing strategies to attract customers to company website, online presence and promote online products or services. Leads the implementation of marketing strategies to ensure goals for online products or services are met. Analyzes online statistics and identifies the best practice to optimize online marketing performance. Oversees development on e-marketing content and explore sales channels.
  • Develop communication materials for prospects including sales collateral, white papers, testimonials and customer case studies.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts to better understand our customer. Utilize that data to help guide our product positioning and communication efforts.
  • Develop and track campaign metrics and ROI analysis.

Here's what you need:

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Must be organized and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong organizational skills with superb execution and follow-through.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and/or similar presentation skills. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Warehouse Facilities Technician

Really Good Stuff – Kansas City, MO

Our Warehouse Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment in good working order. Flexible schedule is a must, may be called in to facility at any hour. Summer hours will include a six day work week. This is an hourly position with potential for overtime.

Essential functions and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Repair and maintenance of Conveyor & Packing equipment.
  • Develop and organize preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for facility and equipment
  • Monitors environment for safety, cleanliness and conformance to Company standards
  • Monitor and control supplies and equipment; prepare documents for equipment procurement
  • Pallet management
  • Recycle and waste management
  • Communicate and follow-up on daily information
  • Support facility and department guidelines, processes, and SOP's
  • Provide day-to-day communication and support to manager and team
  • Some record keeping, reporting skills required
  • Coordinate with contractors in providing contract services

Warehouse Order Processing Floor Manager 4pm - 12:30am

Our Warehouse Order Processing /Floor Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating order processing. Provide complete customer satisfaction with quality, efficiency and accuracy in shipping orders to our customers through the U.S. and Canada.

Essential functions and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage the workflow and quality control of all order processing
  • Actively participate in preventing and correcting errors (audits, coaching, feedback, etc.)
  • Innovative thinking: seeks operational improvements; able to resolve operational problems; adapts to procedural changes
  • Provide technical support to team

Warehouse Receiving Associate – 2nd Shift

Our Warehouse Associates in Receiving are responsible for product movement through the warehouse and providing complete customer satisfaction through their focus on quality, efficiency and accuracy in shipping our orders to our customers through out the U.S. and Canada.

This position is second shift Monday-Friday with seasonal overtime with shift differential. Initial 90 day performance review period is pay rolled through a staffing agency we partner with. After 90 days qualified candidates are hired as full Really Good Stuff employees and full benefits are offered including medical, dental, vision, life, injury, illness, 14 days of paid time off within first 12 months of employment and paid Holidays.
