  • Phone Orders:
    Call us toll-free at 800-366-1920. Our friendly Customer Service Representatives are available to take your order 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. We do not accept Purchase Orders or check payments by phone.
  • Fax Orders:
    Call our 24-hour fax line at 203-268-1796.
  • Mail Orders:

Please include an email address and phone number with your order in the event we need to contact you with questions. Whenever possible, please supply your school name and address for shipping. Don't forget to tell us if your school will be closed for upcoming holidays or vacations!

Purchase Orders: We accept Purchase Orders from schools and accredited institutions via fax, mail or our website. If submitting by mail, send a copy of the Purchase Order and keep the original for your records. Please review your Purchase Order for accuracy and be sure it includes the signature and title of your authorized purchasing agent before submitting. If your school does not issue Purchase Orders, you must submit your order on school letterhead signed by the individual with purchasing authority. For orders placed online, you will need to create an account during checkout.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If your order includes backordered items, you will initially be charged only for the in-stock portion of your order plus shipping and processing fees. When the remainder of your order ships, you will be charged for those items but you will not incur additional shipping fees.
