I love reading the newsletter each month that it comes out. I am a lead teacher in my school and I often print out the ideas and give them to the appropriate teachers for their use. I also use many of the ideas in my own classroom. You do an AWESOME job! My story was featured in the July edition, but I haven't had a chance to use my gift certificate yet. My husband has been having heart trouble and is scheduled for heart surgery this month so things have been a little crazy. Your newsletter helps me to mentor teachers with a minimal amount of effort so I can concentrate on my husband during this time, but still do a great job teaching. Thanks!

Jumbo Floor Game Promotes Early Math Skills
Children roll the extra-large, foam dice to make a math problem, then race to mark the correct answer on the floor mat with their markers. Its a great game to strengthen number recognition, counting, addition, subtraction, and greater than/less than concepts, and is suitable for small-group or whole-class play.
